Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender with excellent communication skills who can provide an unforgettable guest drinking experience. The bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food.

Activities & Responsibilities:

1. Full bar service including wine, beer and crafted cocktails

2. Check customers’ identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age

3. Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations

4. Mix ingredients and garnishing classes to prepare beverages

5. Maintaining inventory and bar supplies

6. Making drinks in a quick and efficient manner

7. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

8. Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Proven working experience as a bartender

2. Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks

3. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

4. Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean

5. Relevant training certificate is a plus
