Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. This position offers the flexibility of being full-time on a W2 with comprehensive benefits or as an independent contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide individual, group, or family therapy sessions based on client needs.
-Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of psychological disorders.
-Develop and implement therapeutic treatment plans.
-Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all client interactions.
-Stay updated with best practices, research, and techniques in the mental health -
field.
-Ensure client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines of the profession.
Position Requirements:
-Must possess a valid Maryland state license (LCPC, LCSW-C, LCPAT, LCMFT, LMSW, LGPC, LGPAT, LGMFT)
-Proven experience in therapy or counseling settings.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
Work Arrangement:
-While the position offers the flexibility of remote work, on-site availability in
Pikesville, MD is desired but not required.
-Flexible scheduling is available (you set your own schedule)
