  • $21 - $23 DOE Non-Exempt
  • Full-Time (40-hour week)

SUMMARY
A hybrid professional excels in both warehouse operations and production tasks. They are proficient in inventory management, accurate order picking and packing, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse. Committed to high quality and safety standards, they focus on optimizing workflow and ensuring prompt delivery of goods. Their keen attention to detail and strong work ethic are crucial for maintaining product quality and excellence across warehouse and production environments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete production assembly work as required by production schedule.
  • Maintain existing quality standards for all equipment built and serviced.
  • Capable of being flexible and adept to changing tasks quickly and efficiently.
  • Transports incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish task including but not limited to hand dolly, forklift, electric dolly, pallet jack, and/or elevator.
  • Performs quality inspections on incoming and outgoing materials and products.
  • Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined inventory procedures.
  • Picks, packs, and ships materials and products.
  • Processes all packages for shipping; processes returned merchandise.
  • Conducts physical inventory counts; replenishes stock from back-up locations as needed.
  • Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
  • Process shipment with Dynamic BC.
  • Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure sufficient stock and report to Production/Warehouse Manager.
  • Maintain existing quality standards for all equipment built and serviced.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Communicates clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Self-motivated...requires minimum supervision.
  • Pulling items within warehouse reliably and accurately and processing the shipments for large number of orders.
  • Ability to read and record numbers precisely without transposing.
  • Able to be on your feet most of the day.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
  • Attention to detail and consistent focus is essential. We build and ship quality equipment.
Preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in retrieving and processing shipments.
  • Basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
  • Dynamic 365 BC
  • Knowledge and experience of soldering process.
  • Machinist experience helpful.
  • Forklift experience is beneficial but not necessary.
