Position: Lead Preschool TeacherLocation: GREEN Life Child Development CenterJob Type: Full-time
Requirements:
- Must undergo a comprehensive background check
- Child Development Associate (CDA) certification
- Experience teaching children aged 33 months to Kindergarten
- Genuine love for children and a passion for early childhood development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities to promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment where children feel valued, respected, and encouraged to explore and learn
- Establish and maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and development
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the preschool program
- Conduct ongoing assessments and observations to track children's progress and make necessary adjustments to curriculum and teaching strategies
