As a Location Manager at Pink’s, you’ll estimate and manage all your jobs, being ultimately responsible for every lead, customer, and project you are assigned. You’ll also take on the hands-on responsibilities of a Lead Technician, ensuring the highest quality service from start to finish. This dual role is designed for growth, with the opportunity to transition into a General Manager (GM) position. The GM role offers increased pay and an equity stake in the company, paving the way for a prosperous and fulfilling career at Pink’s.
Key Responsibilities:
· Project Estimation and Management:
- Estimate projects, ensuring they are kept on schedule and within budget.
- Generate schedules and plans of operation for projects.
- Upsell additional services to ongoing projects/customers.
- Help problem-solve with crew leads if problems arise on any project.
- Identify potential issues and ensure timely decisions are made.
· Hands-on Technician Responsibilities:
- Clean interior and exterior residential and commercial windows using industry-standard techniques and equipment.
- Perform additional tasks such as cleaning screens, scrubbing tracks, power washing brick siding and concrete, and gutter cleaning.
- Handle job delegation and oversight, ensuring smooth and efficient job progress.
- Take ownership of the entire job, including any imperfections, and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Customer Interaction and Satisfaction:
- Communicate with customers about timeliness, sending alerts before arriving.
- Walk through completed jobs with customers, discussing the results and addressing any concerns.
- Handle payment forms and encourage customer reviews.
- Maintain and build an excellent reputation within the Pink’s territory.
· Growth and Development:
- This role is designed as a steppingstone to a General Manager (GM) position, which includes increased pay and an equity stake in Pink’s.
- Responsibilities may change as you grow within the company.
- Company vehicle provided for work-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Ability to qualify a customer and provide estimates according to their needs.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in the use of a personal computer/cell phone and software programs.
- Previous sales or estimating experience is preferred but not required.
