NOW HIRING: AP Specialist (x2)

 

Are you a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking two rockstar AP Specialists to join my client in Gilbert, AZ, on a contract basis with the potential for permanent conversion. If you're ready to dive into a fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact, we want to hear from you

 

Responsibilities:

-Handle accounts payable using multiple ERP systems, including industry-specific solutions.

-Process approximately 80 invoices daily, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

-Communicate effectively with vendors and resolve any discrepancies.

-Work closely with buyers and receiving associates to streamline processes.

-Maintain and update vendor master data.

-Reconcile accounts, vendor statements, and aging reports.

-Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

 

Must-Have Skills:

-Proficiency in Pivot Tables, 10-Key, and data entry.

-Strong understanding of 3-way match.

-Adaptability to change and a proactive mindset.

-Experience with light VLOOKUPs is a plus.
