We are looking to hire a maintenance technician that will manage the maintenance inbox and phone, as well as perform maintenance tasks for 7 commercial buildings in Leawood, KS. 

We are offering $24,000 annually to manage the inbox and phone, and $50/hour for hands-on maintenance work. We estimate 8 hours a week for office work, and 8 hours for the additional maintenance work.

This work includes both preventive maintenance tasks, as well as responding to maintenance emergencies.
We are looking for a tech who can perform basic tasks like screwing a toilet paper holder back into the wall, but also more complicated drywall repairs, painting, basic plumbing, simple carpentry, and rudimentary electrical and HVAC fixes. Issues outside your expertise will be required to be called in to our outside vendors i.e. HVAC, plumbing, electrical.

This is a great part-time opportunity for someone with minimum 3 years' experience. We are looking for an honest, hard-working individual. Please reach out if you think this would be a good fit.
