Job Title: Client Enablement Specialist - Unified Communications

 

Job Summary:

Join our dynamic Client Enablement team as a Client Enablement Specialist, where you will play a key role in providing exceptional support and product overviews to customers. As part of this role, you will focus on demonstrating our Unified Communications product, which includes IP Phone systems with a Webex add-on. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in Tier II customer support who are self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide product and service overviews to customers, ensuring they understand the features and benefits of the Unified Communications product.
  • Demonstrate key functionalities of the Unified Communications product, including:
    • Setting up voicemail
    • Configuring call forwarding
    • Utilizing Webex for enhanced communication
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
  • Work independently with low supervision, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Participate in quarterly in-office meetings to stay aligned with team goals and company updates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Tier II customer support role, with a strong emphasis on technical troubleshooting and customer interaction.
  • In-depth understanding of IP Phone systems and familiarity with Webex or similar communication platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to customers.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to come into the office once a quarter for team meetings.
