BRUZZICHESI ORTHODONTICS, an upbeat Multi-location orthodontic office is looking for a 4-5 day a week Insurance Claim Coordinator/Bookkeeper with an upbeat personality and great attention to detail. Applicant must be able to commute to all 3 locations (Basking Ridge, Whitehouse Station and Morristown). This position integrates insurance claims, bookkeeping, organizational skills and a certain degree of orthodontic/dental knowledge. Great people skills and a positive can-do attitude are key. Experience in the dental or other health field is strongly PREFERRED. Process claims, post EFTs, keep current all patient ledgers, post checks, assist with general office tasks.

Hours and Days of the week required: Monday 8:30am- 5:30pm; Tuesday 8:30am- 6pm; Wednesday 10:45 am-7pm; Thursday 8:30am -6:00pm, Friday 8:00am-5:00pm in Morristown, and one Saturday per month (but not during the summer months) 8:30am-1:00pm.
