Hours 7:30-4:00 pm. Sunday-Thursday
Qualifications:
· 1-2 year's facilities tech/maintenance, preferably in a multi-complex setting
· 1 year handyman construction, finish carpentry required, painting
Time management is essential to this position. Must be able to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines to meet move in dates of future residents. Must be able to adjust shift (only when necessary) when working on bigger projects that may interfere with resident’s daily activities. Must be a self-starter who will work independently or the ability to work cohesively with other staff. This position will have daily interactions with seniors in their home setting so necessary to be able to communicate and respect their home and space without conflict while ensuring their safety from hazardous materials or equipment.
