Topaz Clinical Research is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Clinical Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our research facility, the Clinical Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to our patients, visitors, and staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel

- Schedule and confirm appointments for patients and research participants

- Assist with patient check-ins and registration process

- Maintain and update patient records and information

- Process payments and manage financial transactions

- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of patients

- Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information about our services

- Keep the reception area and waiting room clean and organized

- Order and maintain office supplies as needed

- Adhere to all privacy regulations and handle confidential information with sensitivity

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration is a plus

- Prior experience in a medical or clinical setting preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Salary: $23,000 to $38,000 yearly
