Looking for driven individual that has experience in repair industry and the ability to compose work orders. Would love if applicant had warranty claim experience but if not we will provide on the job training.

Job Type: Full-time

Required experience:

• Diesel Engines/Truck and trailer repair: 1 year

Qualifications:

• Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers.
• Must have computer skills to look up products and good communication skills to deal with customers and vendors.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale invoicing, Quickbooks, and telephone
• Ability to pull parts for customers and to handle daily paperwork including purchase orders, receipts, invoices warranty returns.
• Must maintain a professional attitude, conduct, and appearance.
• Additional responsibilities as needed
• Must be willing to learn CRM platform
• Some mechanical diesel knowledge preferred

-Salary will be negotiated based off experience.
