  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all participants, adhering to facility guidelines and dress standards.
  • Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide modifications as needed to accommodate varying fitness levels.
  • Engage with participants before and after classes, providing guidance, encouragement, and support.
  • Collaborate with Fitness Lead to ensure seamless class operations and substitute coverage as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with Fitness Program Manager and other staff regarding class schedules, participant feedback, and any concerns or issues.
