The Learning Factory & Preschool is seeking a part-time before and after care teacher who can also drive the van to transport kids to and from school. This position is a split shift Monday - Friday. Morning hours would be 7:00 - 9:00 returning in the afternoon from 2:00 - 6:00. The job would be driving our K-5th graders to school in the morning and then returning in the afternoon to pick them up from school and supervise the afternoon activities at LFA.

  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must have experience working with children
  • Must have or be willing to take the 45 hour DCF required training
  • Must have CPR & First Aid certification
  • Must be at least 21
  • Must have own reliable transportation
  • Must be comfortable driving a van. (A special license/CDL is not required.)
  • Must be willing to take and pass a background screening

The job starts Monday, August 5th for training, school year starts August 12th. The pay ranges from $13.00 - $16.00 per hour based on experience working with kids, possibly more for the right person. Email today for a quick, simple interview.
