CORE FUNCTIONS

  1. Support Procurement and Showroom Departments under the direction of the Operations Director to receive, maintain and sell inventory

  2. Perform and document accurate pricing and proposals for retail and client sales

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Procurement Lead, Showroom Lead, Expediting Lead and Project Managers on the accurate and efficient production of specification documentation, pricing and proposing

  • Meet or exceed multiple simultaneous deadlines with a sense of urgency

  • Support PMs and APMs by preparing for and closing out installations, staging and preparing goods from studio and showroom 

  • Maintain installation supplies

  • Process deliveries of inventory and client goods, maintain meticulous organization of LYSHD Studio and Showroom inventory 

  • Manage, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory in Lightspeed and PowerPoint

  • Manage customer, client, and trade experience, 

  • Initiate increase in sales across all channels

  • Support Principal and Operations Director in marketing efforts

  • Initiate, organize and promote special events

  • Visual Merchandising of Smiths Curated to maintain company standards and implement Principal vision 

  • Meticulously maintain sales floor, POS, and all aspects inside and outside showroom

  • Other duties as required
