Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWildwood is seeking a well-qualified candidate to manage an apartment community and HOA in a way that preserves, enhances, and protects the value and standards for the community. This employment opportunity is in Boerne, Texas. All applicants must have at least 1-2 years of experience as an apartment manager, association manager, or other qualified management experience, along with supervisory experience for an on-site team. Applicants will have to interact with a variety of personalities, so strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Qualifying Accomplishments:


  • Supervisory experience
  • Leasing experience
  • Knowledge of RealPage, Appfolio preferred
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • Bi-lingual helps
  • Valid Drivers License
Listed requirements but not limited to:


  1. 1-2 years of apartment/association management experience
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong professional phone etiquette (Bilingual preferred but not required)
  3. Good work attendance history
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  5. Problem solving ability
  6. Ability to prepare operating budgets for all entities
  7. Manage vendor payments per budget
  8. Non-smoker
