Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a reliable and friendly Temporary Receptionist to cover a 3 month assignment for our client in Pipervilles, PA The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and providing general administrative support. This contract opportunity is offering $17-$19HR

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Answer and manage incoming calls promptly and professionally.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Take and relay messages accurately.
• Provide information to visitors regarding the company and its services.
• Assist with inquiries and offer assistance as needed.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks as assigned.
• Data entry and document filing as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Ability to operate a multi-line phone system.
• Punctual and dependable.
