Paramount Mortgage has been helping clients attain their financial goals since 2001.  

As a Loan Processor, your customer service acumen and financial background will allow you to help families purchase high-quality homes in your community. You’ll act as a liaison between the borrower, sales team, and underwriting department to ensure a helpful and friendly home buying experience.

This position is based on-site at our Philadelphia, PA mortgage offices.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain frequent communication while providing exceptional customer service to homebuyers, creditor, and agents throughout the entire loan process

• Manage multiple loan files

• Happy, positive attitude

• Ability to update the client on the status of their loan as well as their realtors. Explain the process and status of the file to the client as well as their agents.

• Collect and record customer information in a timely manner to ensure timely processing of compliant mortgage loan files

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of each loan file processed prior to passing to the closing department

• Follow up on submitted loans and/or pended loans

• Remain knowledgeable in all Paramount loan programs and guidelines as well as company approved Broker options

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task

• Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin

• Experience processing loans, preferred

• Working knowledge of real estate documentation, underwriting policies, compliance, and procedures, preferred
