Black River Memorial Hospital is in search of an ambitious and visionary leader to serve as the Director of our Emergency Department. The Emergency Director oversees and leads all aspects of the department. In addition, the Director uses constructive leadership skills to assist the department in fulfilling the hospital’s mission and meet established annual and long-term goals. The normal hours of work are days, Monday through Friday. This is an exempt, full-time position with a generous benefits package.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of leadership/related experience required
- 5+ years of leadership/related experience preferred
- Current Wisconsin RN License
- BLS required within 3 months of hire
- ACLS and PALS required within 1 year of hire
- ENPC and TNCC or ATCN required within 2 years of hire
