In this role, you will be responsible for presenting and selling fine jewelry to customers while providing excellent customer service. Sales associates are involved in engaging customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections; maintaining and presenting product knowledge in a professional manner and working with the entire sales team to provide an overall positive experience to all of our valued customers. The position will consist of helping clients with any jewelry needs, stock balancing inventory, working with computers and learning our computer program, cleaning the showroom, entering inventory into the computer system.
