Job Title: Document Scanner

Location: Flushing, Queens, New York

A leading company in Flushing, Queens, New York, is seeking a full-time Scanner proficient in English and basic Mandarin to join our team.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Operate scanning equipment to digitize documents.
  • Organize and manage digital files and ensure they are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot scanning equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all documents are scanned and processed efficiently.
  • Assist with data entry tasks as needed.
  • Ensure all documents are handled and scanned in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide support for administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • English and basic Mandarin.
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience with scanning equipment preferred but not required.
