  • Conduct thorough inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals to ensure units are clean and ready, touch-up where needed.

  • Ensure that the cleanliness of the resort's home and villas exceed expectations.

  • Check units Wi-Fi and TVs are properly functioning.

  • Conduct departure and vacant inspections.

  • Report all safety issues and secure all locations for safety.

  • Communicate unit status and/or issue with management.

  • Perform light home maintenance (light bulbs, fix door hinges, etc.)

  • Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, vacuum, sweeping, dusting, etc.)

  • Ensure integrity of every rental unit, addressing issues in a timely manner.

  • Oversee special projects as requested and/or needed by the Maintenance & Inspection Supervisor, Laundry Supervisor and General Maintenance Manager.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Ensure the integrity of every rental unit, addressing issues in a timely manner.

  • Assist in the facilitation of the check-in and checkout communication process with the reservations department.

  • Meet outside contractors / vendors as needed.

  • Must be able to multitask and handle a variety of projects as directed.

  • Use of a personal vehicle is mandatory – mileage reimbursed.

  • Coordinate with Inspection Supervisor: Collaborate with Inspection Supervisor to address any shortcomings and ensure properties are prepared to welcome guests.

  • Maintain Quality Standards: Uphold and reinforce the high-quality standards that define the TideWatch Vacations experience.

  • Timely Reporting: Provide detailed and timely reports to management regarding property conditions and any necessary maintenance.
