Lash technician and/or Permanent Makeup artist

We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and detail-oriented Lash Stylist and//or Permanent Makeup Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in enhancing clients' natural beauty through eyelash extensions and/or permanent makeup applications such as eyebrow microblading, eyeliner, and lip blushing. A passion for aesthetics, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to providing exceptional client experiences are essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Consultations:**
   - Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' needs and preferences.
   - Provide expert advice on suitable lash styles and permanent makeup options based on facial features and skin types.

2. **Lash Services:**
   - Apply individual eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and tints with precision and care.
   - Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety during application.
   - Perform maintenance and removal of lash extensions as needed.

3. **Permanent Makeup:**
   - Execute various permanent makeup techniques, including microblading, powder brows, eyeliner tattoo, and lip blushing.
   - Utilize sterile equipment and adhere to industry standards for sanitation and safety.
   - Design and outline the desired shapes and styles for approval before application.

4. **Client Care and Aftercare:**
   - Provide detailed aftercare instructions to clients for both lash and/or permanent makeup treatments.
   - Address any client concerns or questions regarding their treatments.
   - Schedule follow-up appointments for touch-ups and maintenance.

5. **Business Development:**
   - Promote services and products to build and maintain a loyal client base.
   - Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the beauty industry.
   - Participate in marketing and promotional activities as needed.

6. **Record Keeping:**
   - Maintain accurate client records, including treatment details and progress.

**Qualifications:**
- Certification or training in lash extensions and/or permanent makeup.
- Proven experience as a Lash Stylist and/or Permanent Makeup Artist.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and color theory.
- Excellent manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

**Preferred Skills:**
- Knowledge of different lash styles and permanent makeup techniques.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the beauty industry.
- Experience with client management software.
