Do you have extensive experience in apartment maintenance and a commitment to ensuring units are move-in ready? Elevate your career by joining our team as an Apartment Maintenance Make-Ready/Turn Tech We are a respected staffing firm specializing in property management, offering competitive compensation with WEEKLY pay. No on-call required An immediate position is available in Vancouver - start right away while enjoying weekends off

Hours: M-F, 8 am-5pm w/ 1hr lunch (subject to change based on community needs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare apartment units for move-ins, ensuring cleanliness, optimal maintenance, and adherence to the highest quality standards.
  • Execute various make-ready tasks, including painting, cleaning, flooring repairs, fixture replacements, and minor maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to efficiently prioritize and complete make-ready tasks.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address maintenance or cosmetic issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and inventory usage.
