The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong construction, building and remodeling background in residential structures.
  • Experience in Scheduling multiple trades on multiple jobs
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
  • Strong human relationship skills
  • Problem solver
  • Strong computer and mobile device skills
  • Optimistic, encouraging, can-do attitude with an appreciation for a challenge.
  • Proven ability to build, motivate and maintain high performing teams.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile – high level of customer service is a must
  • Organization and time management skills with the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and projects
  • Strong work ethic and a high level of integrity
  • Ability to quickly and effectively convey ideas and information in an influential manner, both in writing and verbally
  • Competitive with the desire to drive accurate results
  • Solid experience in the insurance restoration industry a plus
  • Bilingual English / Spanish a plus

Requirements:

  • Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license along with a clean driving record.
  • Clean Record: Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, and clients, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Must be able to work with budgets.
