The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to assist with the smooth operation of our projects. Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.

  • Perform general construction duties such as site clean-up, debris removal, and sweeping.

  • Operate basic hand and power tools.

  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Assist with assembling and disassembling temporary structures, such as scaffolding or barricades.

  • Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

  • Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

  • Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
