**Responsibilities:**

- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and insurance procedures to accurately bill patients and insurance providers.

- Review medical records and patient information to ensure correct coding and billing practices.

- Communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers to resolve billing issues and inquiries.

- Stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and insurance policies to maintain compliance.

- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to optimize billing processes and revenue cycle management.

 

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Biller in a healthcare setting.

- Proficiency in medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and billing software (e.g., [Software Name]).

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

- Certification in Medical Billing and Coding required.

- Bonus if you are experienced with PIP and Orthopedic medical billing
