We are looking for a new team member to kill it in sales for Excavation and Plumbing. A Candidate or Salesperson for Commercial, Industrial, and Residential (Plumbing, Excavation) to be part of the team.

Requirements:

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential customers.

· Clean background check

· Sales experience required

· Outgoing personality

· Self-motivated and detail-orientated

· Basic computer skills

· Excellence in written and spoken English; effective communication is key

· Ability to work alone and with a team

· Basic math and geometry skills

Responsibilities:

· Prospect for new leads and new projects through networking, B-to-B engagement, door knocking, cold calling, social media engagements,  contacts, and creating your book of business.

· Meet with new and potential clients.

· Accurately and honestly set client expectations

· Assist clients in sales and customer service.

· Work with people and different departments to get contracts or sales orders in the door.

· Write Estimates for a combination of different work and adjustments.

· Negotiate profitable price points and sales.

· Ensure memorable customer experiences and foster customer retention through client ling.

· Actively drive sales by understanding and meeting the unique needs of each customer and sharing compelling product stories

· Conduct sales presentations that emphasize the features and benefits of our products

· Work with company software (Service Titan) to organize and fill the schedule of work.

  • Managing projects and costs and helping with billing questions.

Job Type:

· Full-time

Pay:

· 5% Gross Commission plus Base Salary of $50,000.00+ per year

· Paid – 15 days, after collecting the balance
