Your Role:
As a Shift Leader, you will:

Open or close the store, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Lead and motivate your team to deliver top-notch customer service and quality.
Manage inventory, handle cash, and oversee daily operations with a keen eye for detail.
Train and develop crew members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
Create an inviting atmosphere for customers, making every visit a memorable one.
