At Winslow Design Studio, we believe in creating a unique environment that allows the ultimate functionality with our client’s objectives in mind.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination with clients to collect design data, including site visits as required. Offer guidance for clients through their project layout design.
  • Perform basic measurements and information required for designing client’s projects and product selections.
  • Design plan using 20/20 software including details that capture their desired needs.
  • Develop a present design to include appearance and budget for client’s specifications, making modifications as needed.
  • Client, team, and contractor interface in support of projects.
  • Mechanical walk-throughs and/or site visits with sub-contractors on remodels and new home construction.
  • Develop schedules, when jobs begin, giving all subcontractors advance notice of their time on the job
  • Work with clients and team to incorporate design changes, review of submittals, and on-site project visits.
  • Throughout a project always keep direct communication with clients.

Skills/Qualifications

  • A full and fluent knowledge of current design tools and software such as 2020, Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The desire to learn new software as needed.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to meet deadlines.
  • Trustworthy, high morals, honesty, and integrity.
  • Background in working well with clients and being part of a team.
  • Design and estimating background preferred.
  • A combination of experience and education will be considered.

 

Schedule/Benefits

  • Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm with occasional hours prior and after, as needed
