Job Title: Scaffold Setter

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Scaffold Setter to join our team. The Scaffold Setter will be responsible for assembling, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding systems at various work sites. This role is critical to ensuring safe and efficient access for construction and maintenance crews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and secure scaffolding structures in accordance with safety regulations and project requirements.
• Inspect scaffolding before and after use to ensure structural integrity and safety.
• Dismantle scaffolding safely and efficiently after project completion.
• Transport scaffolding materials to and from the job site.
• Communicate with the site supervisor to ensure proper scaffold placement and compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in scaffold setting or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols related to scaffolding.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
