Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Landscaping Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting our customers to choose the best landscaping service option from three different quotes. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a deep understanding of landscaping standards and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Consultation:

    • Engage with customers to understand their specific landscaping needs and preferences.
    • Provide expert advice on landscaping solutions and services that best meet their requirements.

  2. Quote Evaluation:

    • Review and analyze three different landscaping quotes provided to the customer.
    • Explain the differences between the quotes, including cost, services offered, and quality of materials used.
    • Highlight the pros and cons of each quote to assist customers in making an informed decision.

  3. Recommendation:

    • Offer professional recommendations based on the evaluation of the quotes.
    • Ensure customers are aware of any hidden costs or additional services that may impact their decision.

  4. Follow-up:

    • Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their chosen landscaping service.
    • Address any concerns or issues that may arise post-service.

  5. Documentation:

    • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, quotes reviewed, and recommendations provided.
    • Prepare detailed reports summarizing the evaluation process and customer decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the landscaping industry, with a deep understanding of landscaping techniques, materials, and standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate and compare multiple service quotes.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to use CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer advisory role.
  • Knowledge of eco-friendly and sustainable landscaping practices.
