Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Business Administrator to join our team at Southwest Greens of Florida This position will work hand in hand with the Accounting, Scheduling and Operations departments to ensure an organized workflow and enhance the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Input and code credit card transactions
  • Setup and process new customer contracts and file time sensitive documents
  • Assist in making crew hotel reservations
  • Update crew schedule in shared sheets
  • Manage samples levels and reorder as needed 
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform other office tasks as needed
  • Additional responsibilities may be added based on experience  

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and internal team members
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, CRM systems and accounting systems
