Quest Group is actively recruiting a Bilingual paralegal for a boutique workers’ compensation law firm located in West Midtown. Comprising a team of 5 attorneys, 4 paralegals, an office manager, an intake specialist, and an investigator, the firm is currently expanding its workforce and seeking a dedicated individual to join as a Bilingual Legal Assistant/Paralegal.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the firm's growing workers' compensation practice.
  • Assist in diverse tasks, supporting multiple attorneys.
  • Manage communication effectively between clients, attorneys, and external parties.
  • Organize and prioritize workload efficiently with a keen eye for detail.
  • Adapt and grow within the role to meet evolving needs.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (highly preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage tasks.
  • At least one year of experience in Workers’ Compensation law, although candidates with personal injury experience demonstrating transferrable skills will be considered.
  • Paralegal certification is not mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work in-office five days a week, with potential for future remote work options based on performance.
  • Availability for an 8:30 am to 5:30 pm schedule (with flexibility).
  • Trial experience is not required.
  • A commitment to supporting the firm's goals and multiple attorneys.
