Experienced Phlebotomist

NO PHLEBOTOMY BASIC TRAINING PROVIDED. JUST LIE AND INSURANCES

In this role you will provide exceptional customer service and perform skilled, compassionate specimen collections.

EXPERICED PHLEBOTOMIST JOB DUTIES / RESPONSABILITIES:

- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

- Perform accessioning and data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner

- Process insurance and billing information when required

- Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis

- Maintain patient and specimen database

- Provide superior customer service to all patients and clients

- Administrative and clerical duties as necessary

- Travel to additional sites when needed

- Travel for home draws as needed

- Occasional travel to schools to perform COVID PCR tests required

- Assist lab as needed

EXPERICED PHLEBOTOMIST REQUIREMENTS:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency

- Previous experience as a phlebotomist preferred

- Punctual, reliable and a team player

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently or in a team environment

- Comfortable working under minimal supervision

- Some schedule flexibility preferred

- Must have reliable transportation and driver’s license

-Must have basic phlebotomy knowledge.
