**Position:** High-Level Litigation Paralegal

**Location:** Irvine, California

**Experience Required:** Personal Injury & Employment Law

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist attorneys with all aspects of case preparation, including discovery, document review, and trial preparation.

- Draft, proofread, and file legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, and subpoenas.

- Manage case files and maintain up-to-date records.

- Coordinate depositions, witness interviews, and court filings.

- Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.

 

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in California.

- Extensive knowledge of personal injury and employment law.

- Proficiency in legal research and case management software.

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Certified Paralegal or equivalent preferred.
