RPh on the Go is a leading staffing agency dedicated to connecting talented pharmacists with rewarding career opportunities. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to join a thriving retail pharmacy in Tishomingo, Oklahoma.

Job Description:

As the Pharmacist in Charge, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, and providing exceptional patient care. Your leadership and expertise will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the pharmacy operations, including prescription processing, patient counseling, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, technicians, and support personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to optimize patient outcomes.

Pharmacy Hours:

  • Monday- Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm
  • Saturday 8:30am - 1:00pm

Qualifications:

  • OK State Licensed Pharmacist
  • Previous PIC experience is preferred or previous management experience is required
  • Recent retail experience required
  • Certified Immunizer
  • BLS
  • Computer RX experience is preferred not required
