Commercial Real Estate Owner needs a Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Billing Specialist.

The right candidate will be familiar with CAM recoveries for Retail Tenants and manage the CAM billing and collections for the entire portfolio.

  • Must have experience.
  • Familiarity with MRI (or Yardi) software is a plus as we transition to this software.
  • Proficient with Excel.

 

CAM Billing Specialist Duties and Responsibilities

  • Draft and issue invoices or billing statements
  • Process or post payments
  • Assist with collections on past-due accounts
  • Reconcile billing issues or complaints
  • Verify billing information for new clients

CAM Billing Specialist Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Associate degree preferred
  • CAM Recovery/Billing experience (1-2 years preferred)
  • Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate industry terminology
  • Phone communication skills
