We are seeking a dependable Shop Laborer with Maintenance Duties to support our operations. The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks including general labor, maintenance, and housekeeping within our shop. This role requires a proactive individual who is able to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general labor tasks including loading/unloading materials, organizing inventory, and assisting with various shop activities.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist with minor repairs and troubleshooting of shop tools and equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop area, including waste disposal and sanitation.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Support shop staff with daily operations and special projects as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or needs for restocking.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a labor or maintenance role preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques.
