The Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the implementation and oversight of warehouse and order fulfillment operations, including general supervision of warehouse and shipping staff. Additionally, this lead role will assist with order distribution, quality control, and will help manage and provide hands-on support to all warehouse/fulfillment staff, including the implementation, training and adherence to SOPs.

• Master of daily production output, including achieving quotas, mitigating mistakes, controlling quality and improving efficiency.
• Agent for progress, always looking for cost-effective alternatives and improvements to production processes, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Safety advocate, committed to improving and maintaining a safe work environment through education, training and enforcement.

Qualifications:

• 3-years minimum experience as a supervisor of (5) or more skilled warehouse, customer service or fulfillment staff.
• 3-years minimum hands-on experience working in inventory, fulfillment or shipping positions in leadership roles.
• Skilled in working with ERP and shipping software, excel spreadsheets and SOPs.
• Experienced in implementing and enforcing QA/QC programs and procedures.
• Exceptional communication and people skills, formal management training or certifications a plus.
• Warehouse/inventory handling and lift equipment operator certification and experience required.

Expectations:

• Able to manage multiple projects, look ahead, anticipate, adjust and advise involved stakeholders accordingly.
• Identify and report defective processes, product, fixtures, equipment, etc.
• Exhibit safe working practices and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Flexible in duties, and willing to perform anything outside of the normal job description when needed.
• Have a positive attitude; teach and lead when needed, take initiative to get things done.
• Continually provide value.
