Experienced production baker to bake scones, muffins, croissants, rolls, cinnamon buns, stickie buns, cookies, bread, and prepare cheesecake and pie filling. Work with convection oven, gas ovens and gas stovetop. Must have from scratch baking skills and produce excellent quality pastries and breads for coffee roaster and cafe. Second shift 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM, Wednesday to Sunday preferred, but days negotiable.
