Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Agent to join our team. As an Outside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and managing new merchant accounts. You will leverage your sales skills to identify opportunities, build relationships with business owners, and offer our comprehensive suite of payment processing solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, cold call, and generate leads to acquire new merchant accounts.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our payment processing solutions.
  • Consult with business owners to understand their unique needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitors' offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in merchant processing or a related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
