Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of utility equipment including;
  • Steam generating equipment,
  • Ammonia and Freon refrigeration systems,
  • Air compressor system
  • HVAC system,
  • Hot water system for processing and sanitation.
  • Water process system.
  • Positive displacement blowers and airlocks
• Complete all scheduled maintenance of equipment in timely manner with high quality, requesting support as needed.
• Actively participate in all planned service done by contractors.
• Request parts and services in timely manner.
• Maintain documentation for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures for reference purposes.
• Efficient and knowledgeable support of production processing and packaging when needs arise
• Other duties or projects as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Comprehensive knowledge of the standard principles and concepts of mechanical design.
• Comprehensive knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC.
• In-depth knowledge of fluid power, heat transfer, and internal processes in plant utility equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of pumps, valves, and plumbing
• Knowledge of high and low voltage wiring, welding and fabrication, hydraulics of presses and compactors
• High energy, productive, team player.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Has the ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate effective listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, computer printouts, system requirements and programs, contracts, manuals.
• Demonstrates commitment to safety.
• Proficient in safe rigging and large equipment maintenance and repairs.

Education & Experience:

• 2-5 years of utilities maintenance required
• Experience in Food and Beverage Industry highly preferred
• Experience with CMMS highly preferred
• Experience with hands-on operation and maintenance of utility equipment including, steam boiler, hot water boiler, air compressor, refrigeration system, HVAC, cooling towers, water processing, and air blowers highly preferred.
• Steam Plant Operator License optional
• HVACR Certification optional
• Experience wiring high/low voltage equipment optional
• Experience with PLC automation equipment troubleshooting optional

Work schedule:

• Monday~Friday (With every other Sunday work) 5:00 AM ~1:30 PM
