Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Glazing Foreman - Commercial to join our team You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily activities of the production crews
  • Install aluminum, steel, hardware, and glass components per plans and specs
  • Delegate production assignments to appropriate personnel
  • Coordinate with other trades and general contractor team
  • Inspect all materials and substrate to ensure proper installation
  • Comply and enforce all safety policies and procedures
  • Report regularly to superintendent

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in commercial store front, curtainwall, and window work
  • Previous experience as commercial crew leader or foreman
  • Knowledge of tools and equipment common to commercial glazing
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
