**Job Title: On-Site Job Supervisor**

**Job Summary:**
The On-Site Job Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects, serving as a liaison between the Construction Management Official and the on-site crew. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders. The On-Site Job Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with specifications and timelines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **On-Site Liaison:** Serve as the primary point of contact between the Construction Management Official and the on-site crew. Provide regular status updates on project progress, materials procurement, and any potential issues or delays.

2. **Materials Management:** Oversee the procurement, delivery, and utilization of materials on-site. Ensure that materials are ordered in a timely manner, and coordinate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or delays.

3. **Crew Supervision:** Lead and supervise the on-site crew, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed. Monitor work progress, enforce safety protocols, and address any performance or conduct issues promptly.

4. **Quality Control:** Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control throughout the construction process. Conduct regular inspections to identify any defects, deviations from plans, or areas requiring rework.

5. **Safety Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on-site. Conduct safety meetings, provide safety training to crew members, and implement corrective actions to mitigate any hazards or risks.

6. **Schedule Management:** Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, and ensure that work is completed according to established timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to optimize workflow and minimize disruptions.

7. **Site Visits:** Conduct periodic site visits to other job sites as required, to provide support, gather information, and ensure that projects are progressing according to plan. Coordinate with on-site supervisors at other locations to address any issues or concerns.

8. **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, including daily logs, inspection reports, change orders, and as-built drawings. Ensure that all documentation is organized, accessible, and compliant with project requirements.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and protocols.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different job sites as needed.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, and lift heavy objects as needed.
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
