Matrix Construction, LLC is a very busy commercial and residential remodeling company. Our teams work full time all year. The pay rate is based on your skill level and knowledge. There is room for advancement at Matrix based on your work performance and growth.

Responsibilities include management of construction projects and the team from start to completion. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years experience in building and remodeling residential and commercial properties. The following are key characteristics:

Team leader - able to build strong working relationships with employees, build their skills and motivate.
Remodeling project planner - able to plan out material and labor as well as scheduling of work including sub-contractors. Must be able to read blue prints.
Skilled craftsman - must know how to do all aspects of remodeling, including framing, drywall, flooring, painting, tile, siding, windows, doors, trim, finish work, etc.
Troubleshooter - able to address challenges on projects and provide recommended solutions.
Quality and customer service focused
Foreman are offered health insurance, including medical and vision, after 90 days of employment. Foreman will earn 40 hours of vacation time after 1 year of employment, and earn 1 sick/personal day per quarter upon hire.
