Title: Sr Analyst - Compliance
Location: Cumberland, RI - Hybrid
Rate: $38.33/hr

 

Note: This position is a direct hire on W2, and is NOT open to C2C

 

The role with the Compliance Monitoring program will consist of supporting in the development of the compliance monitoring team's monitoring plan, including conducting and documenting risk topic walkthroughs and test plans with business operations. This role will also provide the opportunity to assess potential findings and collaborate with business partners and compliance leadership to develop practical solutions for remediation. The role with the Regulatory Reporting program will consist of assisting with the State Reporting and/or APCD project activities to support with the timely submission of reports by required deadlines. As this position rotates to support different Compliance COE areas and business segments, this role will also build a strong network across teams and identify opportunities to standardize and modernize our processes.

 

Essential Qualifications and Functions:

  • 3+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, regulatory reporting, quality assurance, or risk role.
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit manager, pharmacy, or similarly regulated environment.
  • Experience with databases as well interpretation and manipulation of related data
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, develop monitoring activities, document testing, and communicate results.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn on-the-fly, be flexible, and solve complex problems with a collaborative and optimistic attitude.
  • Ability to travel 10-25% (including driving and flying).
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing using language suitable to audience and within a timely manner according to policy and procedures.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certificates or licenses (CHC, Six Sigma, PMP) preferred.
  • Prior experience with integrations and/or process improvement projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate to create simplicity and drive efficiencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage through changes while maintaining accountability of current processes.
