We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services to children with various developmental, physical, and sensory challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing individualized therapy programs designed by the Occupational Therapist.
  • Provide direct therapeutic interventions to children, including activities that promote motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
  • Monitor and document the child’s progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to provide education and support on therapeutic strategies and home activities.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans.
  • Ensure all therapy sessions and activities are conducted in a safe and supportive environment.
