We are seeking a Financial and an Insurance professional to join our team You will deliver personalized insurance and other financial solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on investment strategies and other financial decisions.
• Assess clients' assets, liabilities and overall financial conditions.
• Prepare presentations that recommend various financial products.
• Network and build relationships with new and existing client base.

​Qualifications:

• Sales experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial products or the ability to obtain a NJ Life & Health Insurance License
• Series 6 or 7 is encouraged but not a requirement.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

 

• Meeting with people from many different backgrounds
• Business continuation planning
• Senior protection planning
• Retirement income planning
• Employee benefits coordinating
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints.
• Expand business reach through networking techniques.
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations.
• Track and identify areas of improvement.

Compensation:

 

• Initial compensation commensurate with experience
• Paid Training
• Bi-weekly marketing allowance
• Commissions
• Biweekly, Quarterly and Annual Bonuses
• Benefits package including a pension plan plus a matching 401k contribution
