Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring a Material Handler/Forklift Operator for our client in the Northwest Houston area.

This position will be responsible for receiving, picking products from the warehouse, and shipping.

Responsibilities:

  • Must maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.
  • Receives and documents incoming shipments and returns into inventory, posts in an online system, and places items in the warehouse.
  • Handles customer pickups
  • Operates equipment : Forklifts.
  • Identifying any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.
  • Picks products in the warehouse and prepares items for pick up, delivery, or shipping
  • Assists with physical inventory
  • Makes recommendations to management concerning product and process improvements
  • Performs other related duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Must have basic computer skills such as MS Office, internet, and email.
  • Must have previous experience with operating forklifts. 
  • Must be able to pull, push, grasp, bend, lift, and carry up to 50lbs regularly.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • Must have 2 - 3 years of warehousing or production experience in the industrial setting.
  • ERP experience or P21 is a plus.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Weekends and overtime as needed.

Pay:
$17.00 an hour. We pay weekly.
